Are you someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and excels at keeping executives organized, prepared, and supported? We're seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team and work closely with the President of our company, a role that's essential to our smooth operations and ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Podcast Management: Coordinate the President's podcast schedule, including arranging appearances and managing the logistics.
  • Research Preparation: Conduct thorough research on podcast hosts, guests, and topics to ensure the President is fully prepared for each engagement.
  • In-office Presence: Be local to Dalton, GA, and available in-office to handle day-to-day support and coordination.
  • Errands and Support: Assist the President with various errands, as well as administrative tasks, to enable focus on strategic initiatives.
Project/Meeting/Program Coordination:
  • Timeline Management: Collaborates with the Leadership Team (LT) to create reasonable long- and short-term timelines for tasks leading to program implementation, event or project completion, including setting milestones and ensuring the team adheres to deadlines.
  • Task Assignment: Works with LT to determine the best-fit employees for each task, ensuring timely completion and resource optimization.
Experience and Education:
  • Professional Experience: At least 10 years of experience in an administrative management role.
  • Project Coordination: Previous experience in project coordination, with formal training as a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of project coordination tools.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree is a plus but not required for applicants with highly relevant work experience.
