Assistant Superintendent

I am partnered with one of the fastest growing data center developers in the US looking to hire an Assistant Superintendent for large-scale projects in and around Dalton.

If you are not based in Dalton but are open to traveling there regularly, don't hesitate to apply as this can be a traveling role too.

Key Requirements:

• Experience building large-scale data centers
• General contracting experience is strongly preferred
• Ability to travel throughout the US

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the scheduling of subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Perform quality control tasks.
• Ensure subcontractors are properly executing and adhering to the contracted scope of work.
• Help coordinate necessary inspections with local authorities.
• Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Identify construction progress conflicts and communicate them to the project team.
• Maintain a daily written log of on-site activities.
• Ensure subcontractors correct any deficiencies identified by the project team.
• Assist in issuing non-compliance notices to subcontractors regarding work quality or scheduling.
• Ensure the job site remains clean and organized at all times.
• Assist in compiling and completing punch lists for job progress and project completion.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management in line with your role.
