Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • A strong passion for food and beverage industry
Job Duties & Functions
  • Manager would contract and service both SEVEN and Luna Restaurants for contracted groups over 20 people
  • Manager would contract and service catering events who request SEVEN or LUNA Private Dining Rooms.
  • Manager will make reservations for parties of 10-19 people (non-contracted events)
  • Manager is responsible for blocking all contracted space in Delphi and Open Table
  • Manager is responsible for creating restaurant event orders for all contracted events
  • Manager is present for the beginning of all contracted events to ensure seamless communication with client and restaurant staff
  • Manager to conduct site inspections of the restaurant space with clients.
  • Manager to work with chefs to create custom menus for events
  • Manager to handle all holiday large party bookings in restaurants
  • Manager to handle all VIP restaurant requests via hotel ownership
  • Conceptualize monthly dinner events for Luna and Seven
  • Work with leadership to conceptualize pop-up events & activations for F&B outlets
  • Build database of guests, actively engage to re-capture
