The Role You'll Play to Create Success

We are excited to announce a full-time Compliance Specialist position in Clearwater, FL In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the mission of FrankCrum by performing compliance and collections activities to resolve non-performance, non-compliance, non-payment and disputed amounts in a timely manner.

  1. Monitors and initiates communication with clients regarding non-performance issues as well as violation of their contract, policies, federal and state laws, and workers’ compensation.
  2. Processes and records 48 Hour Letter notices and NSF incidents in the CRM. Follows up with clients daily until a resolution is attained.
  3. Monitors a weekly Lapse Report to identify clients in jeopardy of cancellation due to lapse and non-performance. Works directly with clients to bring the account back into compliance.
  4. Provides reports and other information to terminated clients, upon request.
  5. Performs low/suspicious payroll reviews to help mitigate risk to FrankCrum.
  6. Corresponds with clients concerning billing or contract disputes, questions and/or discrepancies and works with the client to setup payment arrangements.
  7. Composes and transmits collection letters to clients via email, fax and US mail, and processes invoicing for compliance or collection related charges.
  8. Follows up on delinquent accounts by telephone, email, and mailed correspondence to secure a satisfactory resolution to outstanding balances.
  9. Documents all collection actions taken, including telephone conversations, alternative financial arrangements, and correspondence in Netwise.
  10. Monitors and reviews accounts in non-compliance and works with the client and internal departments on a resolution.
  11. Processes terminations due to non-performance or non-compliance; communicates with the client as well as the broker to attempt resolution.
  12. Monitors an Aging Report for FrankCrum entities and validates past due balances. Works with the Accounting and Payroll Departments on a resolution, as well as the client directly.

The Attributes We Seek

Keys to success in this position include advanced knowledge of Billing and Collections procedures, as well as of accounts receivable and bookkeeping best practices. A high school diploma or equivalent and one (1) year of related experience is required.
