Sales and Marketing
- Develop and execute strategies to drive private dining sales and meet revenue targets.
- Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to attract private dining clients.
- Coordinate and execute private events, including weddings, corporate functions, and special occasions.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and dietary requirements.
- Oversee the planning process from conception to execution, ensuring seamless and memorable events.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Conduct site tours for potential clients and showcase the restaurant's facilities and capabilities.
- Work closely with the culinary and service teams to ensure the successful execution of events.
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to integrate private events seamlessly into the overall restaurant operations.
- Prepare and manage budgets for events, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Track and report on sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth.
- Minimum 3 years of Sales & Events Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends, as well as an understanding of dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Familiarity with local business and corporate communities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
