Qualifications (a.k.a. Your Secret Ingredients):

  • 2+ years of experience in a desktop support or similar role (you've already proven your worth in the tech realm).

  • Strong understanding of network fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP (because you speak the language of the digital realm fluently).
