Job Title: Project/Program Manager
Location: Boise, ID
Pay Range: $41.95
What's the Job?
- Work with segment and business unit owners to establish appropriate launch timing across yearly launch calendar.
- Establish plan template for launches and work with segment owners, business unit and Global Communications and Marketing organization (GCM) teams to complete.
- Manage GCM input process into plans - remind of deadlines, ensure content matches expected output and includes tactical plan, budget, KPIs.
- Manage any budgeting need and SOW (Scope of Work) creation relating to launches.
- Schedule, manage agenda and host weekly launch scrums across major business units integrating both key GCM teams and business unit representatives.
What's Needed?
- Previous semiconductor industry experience.
- Demonstrate strong project management and time management skills, with excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Be familiar with content management systems, experience with Workfront a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/356 tools, specifically: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
- Previous experience in large, fast growing, fast paced company and/or in the high-tech sector.
