How you'll make an impact:

SiriusXM is looking for a Staff Product Manager to play a critical role in evaluating our Ad Sales technology stack. This role will drive development of our proprietary systems and exploring strategic opportunities with 3rd Party applications to support measurable improvements for the Ad Sales and Marketing Revenue Organization. Key objectives will focus on optimizing tech for peak efficiency, addressing increasing Advertiser needs and maximizing rep productivity to drive success towards revenue goals, company objectives, efficiencies and cost of sale.

The Staff Product Manager, Ad Sales Tools will partner with Business Operations, Business

Process Management, Product Analytics, Enterprise Systems and enablement teams to identify technology and automation opportunities in pre-sale/sales workflows. Collaborating cross-functionally across Go-To-Market, design, engineering, and QA, this role will reinvent our existing Sales technology stack through digital transformation, product development and actionable strategies. Related initiatives will include, but not limited to, evaluation of Sales and Marketing Technology inclusive of Salesforce Sales Cloud / Media Cloud, drive product development and process re-engineering efforts to streamline and automate Sales workflows, centralize customer data for valuable insights, AI exploration and utilization of analytics. This role will be a key contributor to the continued acceleration of our Ad Sales business toward the next billion dollars in revenue.

What you'll do:

  • Own the Sales Tech and Automation product area, leverages product metrics and business objectives to craft multi-year product vision, prioritize projects and effectively measure Roadmap initiatives.

  • Maintain awareness and knowledge of the digital advertising market and sales productivity tools/capabilities to evolve SiriusXM Media's Sales technology.

  • Utilize thought leadership, business case analysis and strategic recommendations to influence and drive decisions at Senior Leadership level.

  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and applies product frameworks to document information in a structured way (user journey maps, flow, information architecture, etc.) to ensure continual progress and completeness of PRDs.

    Execute on highly complex projects while overcoming challenges managing multiple stakeholders, high levels product/project ambiguity and resource constraints.

  • Partner with UX research team and product analytics to develop product research studies, gain customer insights and make data-driven decisions while consistently evaluating user experience and product KPIs

  • Mentor Associate/Product and Sr. Product Managers to further develop the team, drive innovation and execute initiatives across the portfolio.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 6+ years in product management or other relevant experience,

  • Experience with Sales productivity applications and/or Salesforce implementation, particularly in media.

  • Demonstrated track record of product leadership in a cross functional environment.

  • Established record of delivering on time, in scope. Proactively makes correct trade-offs between scope & timing.

  • Experience in workflow automation and development of innovative products for a diverse customer base.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in assessing data and identifying trends to glean predictive insights.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills to transform information into engaging presentations to confidently deliver to senior and executive leaders.

  • Strong influencing skills; you can build relationships with internal stakeholders and implementation partners to tell the user story in a compelling way and deliver the highest class in viability, usability and feasibility.

  • A team player with a strong work ethic, able to build and maintain business and technical relationships, balances autonomy and accountability to get things done.

  • Have the legal right to work in US

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $133,000 to $175,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
