Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to oversee our central technology components and functions for our Outpatient Pharmacy Point of Sale, Oracle Xstore. This role is pivotal in driving the development and integration of our core technologies, ensuring seamless functionality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, focusing on our central technology components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business partners, to define product requirements and roadmaps.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of payment technology design concepts, UI design, Java, and React.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the product team and with external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.

Technical Proficiencies:

  • Strong knowledge of design concepts for payment technology.
  • Proficiency in UI design principles and best practices.
  • Experience with Java and React development.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.

Qualifications:
