We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Implementation and Software Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing our HRIS-related, cloud-based, software products and services as well as providing ongoing support to new and existing clients. Requirements

The HR Implementations role encompasses a diverse set of responsibilities:
  • Implement new customers onto the OnePoint HCM software by configuring the application to meet their specific needs and seamlessly transferring relevant employer and employee data into the OnePoint application.
  • HR module implementation and support encompass, but are not limited to electronic onboarding/offboarding, benefit and ACA administration, recruitment processes, leave of absence management, compensation management, learning management, talent/performance management, HR information tracking.
  • Ensure accurate processing of HCM data to meet project milestones and maintain a high rate of client satisfaction through quality customer service.
  • Manage multiple implementation projects, adhering to transition schedules and meeting deadlines promptly.
  • Conducting customer meetings and training sessions in a one to one or one to many setting.
  • Manage support requests received via phone, email, CRM, or internal request, and log trouble tickets into the company's web-based CRM system.
Education, experience and skills:
  • Knowledge of human resource information systems, database software, cloud technology, basic networking and desktop support concepts, spreadsheet and word processing software.
  • Experience in human resources or software support role for a sizable organization or software provider.
  • Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and effectively resolve problems.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Predictable and consistent work attendance.
  • Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or three or more years of office-related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is highly preferred.
