Sales Engineer

• Own all technical aspects of the sales cycle from pre-sale to post-integration • Work hand-in-hand with the sales team in the pre-sales process to determine potential customers’ technical needs • Provide customer-specific product demonstrations in support of requirements and business cases • Work as a technical expert with customers, sales, solutions and other team members to develop technical solutions to complex business problems • Identify and handle key customer technical objections and help customers shape and execute the business strategies • Map potential customer’s solution gaps and translate internally into product feedback. • Work with Connatix leadership to make sure client needs are met. • Continuously develop relationships at the "implementation" level within each customer relationship. • Work closely with the Connatix Publisher Solutions team to provide enhancements and custom solutions to clients. • Collect, analyze and provide market feedback to the product team to improve Connatix’s offeringRequirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and 18 months experience in a Technical Sales Engineering role, Solutions Architecting or other Technical Implementation role. Experience must include client-facing technical support or sales in Video or Adtech SaaS organizations; client-side tools (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, in-browser debugging); Online Video Platforms and Ad Tech Technologies (e.g. Google AdManager, Prebid, APS, SSPs/DSPs), Amazon Publisher Services; APIs, JSON and at least one server side language (Python etc). Minimum Salary: 95000 Maximum Salary: 95000 Salary Unit: Yearly
