We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is looking to develop their skills in office management and administrative support. You will help in ensuring smooth daily workflows and providing support to managers, employees, and visitors at the Cheyenne office. 

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities:

General Administrative Support:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and calendar management.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.

Office Coordination:

  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and service requests.

Communication and Team Interaction:

  • Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed.
  • Liase with internal teams and external partners to facilitate information flow.

Data Management:

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in databases and spreadsheets.
  • Organize and file documents both physically and electronically.

Project Assistance:

  • Support team members with project-related tasks as needed.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Demonstrated accomplishments in the following areas:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with other office software is a plus

Education & Experience:

  • 1-3 years of prior experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator, or similar role
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
What You'll Get

Working Conditions:

The majority of the time you will work on construction job sites. When on construction job sites you will encounter typical construction conditions including extreme temperatures, noise, dust, mud debris, welding, leading edge, trenching, and shoring, sometimes in a confined space.  You may be required to visit multiple locations during any one day.

Benefits Overview:

IME provides an industry-leading comprehensive benefits package.  Full-time employees are eligible to choose from a variety of healthcare coverage options, which become effective the first of the month after hire.  In addition, employees are offered a substantial amount of PTO and are immediately eligible to make contributions to a generously matched and fully vested 401k. 

Pay Range:  $24.20 – $32.80/hr

*Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.*
