Position Overview: The Superintendent will oversee and manage commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and a passion for delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Maintain effective communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
  • Monitor and enforce safety standards and regulations.
  • Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
