Department: Ticketing Reports to: Manager, Premium Development Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for meeting and/or exceeding individual annual goal by selling different products including, but not limited to: Memberships (both one-year & multi-year commitments), Partial Plans, Single-Event Suites, Suite Leases, & Single-Game Premium Seating.
  • Prospecting, conducting appointments, and selling B2B (business-to-business).
  • Expected to meet and/or exceed weekly hustle metrics including phone calls, out of office appointments, and total touchpoints.
  • Utilizing Salesforce throughout the sales process including taking detailed notes, tracking appointments, logging hustle metrics, and confirming sales activities.
  • Gameday responsibilities include meeting with prospective clients to sell.
  • One-on-one weekly meetings with your team leader focused on personal and professional development, as well as weekly meetings with the entire premium team.
  • Creativity, innovation, and collaboration of best practices amongst team members is looked for.
  • Opportunity to sell and keep up to a $500,000 book of business consisting of 10-20 premium season ticket holders.
  • Any additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by our Manager, Premium Development.


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis on business, sports, sales, or related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in sales; working in sports and entertainment industry preferred.
  • Must have a flexible schedule and be willing/avaliable to work most home Cavs games.
  • Self-motivated and able to multitask/manage multiple priorities.
  • Can operate well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven track record of B2B, membership, and group selling.

  • Detail-oriented & organized.

  • Strong business to business sales acumen.
