To provide administrative support to the School of Business and Leadership, the Business Analytics

Program, the Department of Economics and Management and Department of History, and to assist in day-
to-day office tasks.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The successful candidate will exercise independent judgment and ability in providing a wide range of
executive services. Essential duties may include, but are not limited, to the following:
• Assist with daily functions of the School, departments and programs as directed by the Administrative
Assistant.
• Complete various administrative tasks and paperwork professionally and timely, including but not limited
to scanning documents, creating and hanging flyers, maintaining and updating bulletin boards,
maintaining class supplies inventories, etc.
• Contribute to projects and processes associated with the School, departments and programs.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of information in accordance with all applicable policies and laws.
• Regularly communicate with the Administrative Assistant regarding project progress, concerns and
information.
• Develop and promote a positive working relationship with faculty, staff and students.
• Other duties as assigned.
