We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Physical Therapy Aide to join our team at Athletico Physical Therapy. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our clinicians in delivering high-quality services.

Job Summary:

The Physical Therapy Aide will assist our clinicians in preparing patients for physical therapy treatments, providing routine treatments, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities:
  • Assist clinicians in preparing patients for physical therapy treatments, including putting on and removing supportive devices.
  • Provide routine treatments, such as hot/cold packs, and other modalities as directed by clinicians.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning equipment and linens.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phones and scheduling appointments.
  • Collaborate with the patient experience coordinator to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience as a clinical aide or rehabilitation technician preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment and software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
