Facility: A non-profit hospital-owned multi-specialty group. All primary care offices are recognized as Patient-Centered Medical Homes.
Opportunity: Seeking a mid-level provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide primary care services
Flexible schedule options with 4 or 5 day work week
Join 2 Primary Care MDs and 2 NP/PAs
Outpatient offices open Monday-Friday
Provide on call coverage within the primary care group, approximately 1 in 8

Compensation: Competitive base salary, depending on experience ($115-146k) plus incentive compensation based on productivity and quality measures. Generous paid time off includes vacation, holidays, sick time and CME. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, 401k with employer match and CME allowance.
