Job Description:As the Lead / Senior Software Engineer, Mobile SDK - you'll report to the Head of Mobile Engineering (SDK) and spearhead the technical vision and strategy for the SDK organization. Your role involves shaping the technical direction for our mobile SDK, supporting the growth of our core business, and venturing into new product domains. You'll focus on developing core features that boost retention, engagement, and monetization metrics for our most valuable customers. Your main responsibility is to build and deliver a cutting-edge real-time SDK offered to developers by Skillz.
- Experience in the Gaming Industry is a strongly preferred (alternatively - experience with Unity and/or a passion for building services for games).

8+ years of software engineering experience, including 2-3 years in team leadership (For Lead position).

6+ years of experience in "React Native" mobile development.
- Proficiency in mobile development for Android and iOS, including maintenance and review, using at least two languages from this list: React Native (JavaScript, TypeScript), Java, Kotlin, Swift, Objective-C.
