Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in Rust development in a core capacity (beyond personal projects).
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with a strong grounding in mathematics.
  • Significant experience in optimization and code profiling, particularly in addressing latency and throughput issues.
  • 5+ years of experience working within Ubuntu as a primary development environment.
  • A self-motivated approach with the capability to thrive in remote work conditions.
  • Preferred: Experience with video processing and machine learning frameworks.
  • Leadership experience, with a track record of mentoring teams and driving project success.
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is advantageous.
