This position is in the Plant 3, Whitehall Casting Operation. This Quality Systems Engineer position will resolve manufacturing & shipment issues relative to customer specifications. Support the administration of quality manuals, continuous improvement initiatives & interaction with business center personnel on quality initiatives. Root cause analysis & corrective/preventative action determined as appropriate.

  • Support two Quality Management Systems
  • Conduct annual internal audits per AS9100 requirements.
  • Lead external audits.
  • Customer audits internal/external
  • Review and implement quality system changes.
  • CAB meeting administrator
  • Support supplier partnerships
  • Drive root cause on CARs to reduce PPM
  • On-site visits for audits and problem solving
  • Supplier scorecards for OTD and PPM
