Job Duties/Key Responsibilities:

  2. Maintain Excel spreadsheets with information needed to track temporary agency employee hours, length of service, classification, department, etc.
  3. Greet visitors at a central office desk
  4. Date stamp mail
  5. Provide general office support
  6. Other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Excel including creating spreadsheets, using formulas, sorting, copying/pasting functions
  • Office experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience with sensitive and confidential information
  • Pleasant and professional disposition
  1. All minimum requirements must be met for a candidate to be considered for a position
  2. List minimum required knowledge, skills, abilities, or other characteristics
  3. May include education, experience levels, software proficiencies, etc.

Preferred Requirements:

  • HR filing experience
  • Tracking employment information such as start/end dates, payroll and benefit deductions
