Monmouth Beach, United States Coastal Home Rehabilitaton Full time

Responsive recruiter

Looking for highly autonomous, caring and self motivated speech language pathologists to perform mostly home visits throughout specific areas of the county. Our practice is therapist owned and operated with an understanding of the needs of flexibility in today's environment. We utilize efficient documentation and electric medical / payroll practices which allows high quality treatment without impacting personal time.

Who we are:Coastal Home Rehabilitation is a physical, occupational and speech therapy provider whose principal idea focuses on providing services to a patient in their own home or facility based living environment. Our specialization is with the geriatric community whose needs emphasize an increase in function and prevention of further injury. We feel our services and therapy provide the highest level of ethics and experience as we are therapist owned and operated. As you are aware the role of physical occupational and speech therapy is extremely important in restoring and promoting functional independence. Our role also provides for caregiver education, addressing of safety issues and fall prevention. Care is rendered solely in the patient's home or their assisted living residence, which increases compliance and most importantly their outcomes. Why we are different:We have chosen to drive our practice on patient satisfaction. This involves an ethical approach to not only treatment but also our billing practices. As Medicare continues to decrease reimbursement there are many challenges that face practices today. Coastal Home Rehabilitation does not exhaust a patient's benefits like other providers. While this looks better on the bottom line, it is not ethical and does not benefit the patient. Coastal Home Rehabilitation and our staff work diligently with our patients and their families to create a continuum of care through an interdisciplinary team approach.Coastal prides itself in creating and maintaining strong relationships with physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants.

At Coastal Home Rehabilitation, Opportunities are available

We have opportunities for Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists and administrative professionals in all stages of their careers.

Full Time, Part Time, Per Diem...we can provide the perfect fit.

Coastal Home Rehabilitation focus is on creating an experience that exceeds our patients' expectations. We treat every patient and employee with respect. We know if we have happy employees we will have happy patients. Join our team and see the difference.
