Job Summary

Our school district in Monmouth, OR, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As a full-time SLP, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students by providing expert speech therapy services in a supportive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Create and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual student needs.
  • Collaborate with educational staff, parents, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Monitor student progress and adapt therapy strategies to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Provide training and support to school staff and families to help them better assist students with their communication needs.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Valid Oregon state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
