Description: Create high-quality/compelling, email marketing templates including but not limited to: brief copywriting, image editing/enhancements, animations, banner ads and HTML responsive coding with an understanding of email best practices. - Effectively prioritize projects and deliver multiple email campaigns based on defined email marketing plan and audience. - Work closely with Director to configure functionality required for automating personalized content within email marketing platforms, including dynamic content logic and interactive modules. - Manage email data list imports, campaign filters and audience segmentation within email marketing platform plus periodically generate manual file imports as needed. - Communicate with key Marketing team members, stakeholders, and media partners to define campaign objectives, design concepts, content approvals and delivery dates. - Connect with marketing database teams and technical ESP resources on a regular basis to gather and resolve project requirements. - Evaluate email design elements and optimize campaigns based on results including A/B testing and tracking. - Cultivate an attention to branding details for creative alignment across all marketing assets. - Continually recommend areas of process improvements for efficiency gains. - Actively monitor industry and competitive trends in the marketplace. - Perform other job-related functions as assigned EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Design, Graphic Design or any equivalent combination of education and/or experience. EXPERIENCE: 4-6 years responsive design experience using HTML, CSS, and graphic design in a corporate or agency environment is required. 4 years working on various email campaigns and trigger programs within enterprise-level ESP platform is required. Experience building dynamic content blocks and rules within an ESP required. Skills: Email marketing, Marketing campaign Top Skills Details: Email marketing,Marketing campaign Additional Skills & Qualifications: KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Must be savvy in graphic design and HTML coding with the ability to find solutions in the event service provider limitations pose a challenge. Must be a critical thinker, understand basic marketing fundamentals, have working knowledge of email marketing processes, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
