Overview
The Financial Consultant III is responsible for achieving stated sales goals by meeting with clients and potential clients to identify financial needs and offer the appropriate investment products offered through Logix Financial Services. Also responsible to retain clients, service all account types and process operational paperwork in a timely manner. Develops sales through prospecting, referrals, and marketing programs.
Responsibilities* Actively prospects the credit union membership for potential clients. * Develops member leads through marketing and referral programs for sales staff. * Complies with all regulatory FINRA and State Insurance laws and regulations. * Processes new account applications. * Coordinates and presents financial information seminars at the credit union or other locations. * Processes ticket orders and other operational paperwork in a timely manner. * Cross-sells products and services offered at the credit union. * Generates gross commissions equal to or greater than a specified assigned goal. * Meets with members and communicates the features and benefits investment related products. * Provides prompt, efficient and courteous service to both members and co-workers. * Adheres to the member experience as defined by management. * Works closely with other credit union departments and build positive relationships. * Consistently reports to work, on time, as scheduled. * For FC III with Medicare certifications:
- Maintains annual certifications for all approved Medicare Advantage and Supplement providers
- Prospects T-65 members and current Medicare recipients for initial and conversion opportunities
- Meets with Members at branch locations or in-home for scheduled appointments
- Works with VP Sales and Marketing to craft marketing strategies and outreach activities
- May conduct seminars at branch and off-site locations.

Comments:
- Must have a minimum of three years of experience in the securities industry. 5-10 years of experience is preferred.
- At least three years recent sales experience offering mutual funds, annuities, and insurance products. 5-10 years of experience is preferred.
