Job Description
  • Be energetic and professional in a large office environment.
  • Assist clients in computer lab and set clients up on computer for appointments
  • Gather paperwork from clients that come into the office
  • Provide administrative and clerical support in a variety of areas
  • Enter information into database as needed.
  • Separate and distribute paperwork and mail to appropriate personnel.
  • Order and stock supplies
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Previous experience working in an office environment a plus
  • Excellent communication and phone skills with ability to adapt within our diverse customer base
  • Be able and comfortable in making answering calls and making outbound calls daily
  • Proficient in computer and typing skills with the ability to multitask using different programs simultaneously
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (EX: Word, Excel, Outlook)
