Job Summary: The eCommerce Platform Specialist - Consumer Power is responsible for managing and executing small and large-scale enhancements to our B2B eCommerce platform, as well for ensuring the accuracy of content across the platform in response to Enterprise initiatives and product updates. This role will collaborate with cross-functional departments to articulate business objectives; translate those objectives into experience / design enhancements; and ensure the accuracy of the platform via response to product updates (new product roll-outs, product decommissions, etc.).

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the growth and evolution of the Ecommerce platform by researching and analyzing enhancement opportunities to define Business Case justification for investment, including reach, impact, confidence, and effort.

• Work cross functionally with Stakeholders across the Business to ensure timely launches / updates of new products, product categories, and feature enhancements on Ecommerce Website.

• Assist in development and testing of website improvements as part of regular website maintenance and enhancements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, Digital Marketing, or equivalent

• 2 years’ experience supporting Ecommerce Commerce Management Systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Ecommerce platform, specifically Hybris

• Experience using SAP or equivalent ERP

• Experience with research, analysis, and providing data-based recommendations

• Experience with manual, end-to-end software testing methodologies

• Agile development methodology experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to work independently and consistently hit deadline dates for content builds/development

• Ability to quickly understand and evaluate business objectives and work with key partners to rapidly ideate measure and defensible solutions based on data

• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management abilities to create and foster relationships with business partners and knowledge share as needed

• Inform platform decisions with both qualitative and quantitative data on user research, behavior patterns, and experimentation

• Strong organizational, project management and creative problem-solving skills

• Analytical skills including the ability to work with spreadsheets and databases

The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
