Senior Support Engineer - Nike USA Inc.- Beaverton, OR. Support and troubleshooting of critical issues of all technology equipment within Nike and Converse retail stores. Collaborate and coordinate with multiple teams, practice other engineering disciplines to resolve issues that may arise in our retail technology production environment. Participate in a multi-disciplined, multi-facet team and accurately apply troubleshooting and technical skills and processes. Work together to help shape and ignite the retail support model. Assist in piloting new technologies and solutions for retail stores. Assist in continuously transforming the support model. Development and enhancement of automated tools to reduce manual effort and effective solutions. Serve as DevOps technical support and subject matter expert. Create proactive monitoring and alerting on application issues using Data Analytics tools like Splunk, New Relic and Signal Fx. Setting up Configuration, data, applications and driving end to end setup for new store opening program. Deploy releases using Jenkins to keep the server, Registers and PCs up to date for new stores. Develop and Support applications which Integrate with cloud-based systems for product feed, inventory feed and financial reconciliation. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from SD, VT, and WV

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Engineering-related occupation. Experience must include:

  • SQL and Windows powershell Scripting

  • ServiceNow – ITSM

  • Dot Net

  • Kafka – streaming

  • Micro services

  • DHCP

  • POS peripherals

  • Mobile Device Management

  • Splunk

  • New Relic
