Blending/Loading Operator

We are looking for a motivated team player to join our Blending/Loading Operator team. The Operator of Blending/Loading is responsible for loading and shipping finished products by truck, rail, blending lube oils, inspecting shipping containers, and preparing paperwork for bulk shipments of lube oil products. This role also involves following railroad and DOT regulations, ensuring safety is the top priority, and organizing and maintaining truck and rail loading areas.

  • Ensure safety is the number one priority at all times and follow all Health & Safety procedures
  • Inspect shipping containers and tankers for suitability to load finished products
  • Review shipping paperwork for product to be loaded and prepare paperwork for shipment
  • Load requested products and volumes indicated on paperwork into trailers and railcars
  • Transfer additives to and from various containers
  • Prepare samples of finished products and submit to Lab for approval

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1 to 3 years' experience in a production driven environment
  • Knowledge of railcar, tanker loading, blending, or filling preferred
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Computer skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team
  • Mechanically inclined a plus
