A Day In The Life
• Welcome all visitors and job applicants into the office
• Deliver a welcoming and seamless onboarding experience by assisting the Staffing
Recruiter
• Coordinate any onsite recruiting events or open houses
• Create personnel files for new teammates
• Follow up and communicate frequently with candidates regarding application statutes
and stages of the hiring process
• Manage all applications through our technology partners
• Assist with the pre-employment process of new hires including background checks,
physicals, drug screens, and communication of new hire orientation details.
