What you will do Provide management oversight to the retail pharmacies within the Hartford Market Oversee the development and implementation of ambulatory and clinical specialty pharmacy strategic initiatives that are designed to enhance quality/outcomes, improve member service and enhance cost effectiveness Identify and implement the use of appropriate metrics consistently across the System to measure quality outcomes that will allow the development of performance improvement activities Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements Ensure the financial performance of ambulatory care and retail pharmacy programs Minimum Qualifications Graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy program.
