We are seeking a skilled Mid-level IT Support Technician to join our team in Washington DC. In this role, you will provide direct desk-side support to our customers, resolving IT device issues and providing excellent customer service.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely resolution of customer tickets in accordance with Service Level Requirements (SLRs)

Basic Qualifications

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Hold a valid DoD Secret Clearance
  • HS diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Hold a valid DoD 8570 IAT Level II: Security+ or higher Certification
  • Expertise in IT Enterprise Operations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows OS, version 10 and network troubleshooting
  • Excellent customer service, oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs for up to 100 feet at a time
  • Utilize basic hand tools and possess normal color vision
  • Valid state license required to drive to different locations for work

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize work effectively
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate at all organizational levels

Pay: $72,571.20
