Hands on IT professional supporting operational software systems and overall user environment and reports to the CFO and will work closely with our thrid-party MSP

  • provide first-level end-user support, including troubleshooting basic issues with computer hardware, network/internet connectivity,email and software applications as well as completing user requests for password and user account administration

  • manages and provides user support for operational software programs and systems integrations

  • partner with company managed services provider to support the company's entire network infrastructure

  • ensures all backup and disaster recovery systems are operational

*supports printer networks, DUO 2- factor authentication, VPN Power Automate workflows and others

  • oversee the company's EDI functionality

  • support software programs including : Aeros, ERP, Aeros Live, Easy Automation Repete, Computerway Food Systems, and more

  • support Microsoft SQL Server 2014/2022 file and application servers

  • support VMWare virtualization environment including knowledge of Vcenter and Vaphere

*** Associates degree in computer science or information systems related fields

Must have an affinity for computers and a broad knowledge of various computer and how they work

Strong knowledge of and experience with programing ( NET environment / VB.NET,C# preferred

On site work location

*** Valid drivers license - will travel between 3 facilities
