This rewarding, full-time position provides agents with a fantastic opportunity to do what they love, which is helping clients find and buy the home of their dreams We guarantee weekly appointments for all of our agents. Not leads you have to try and hunt down and get in front of, these are set appointments with ready, willing and able buyers and/or sellers. We currently have a surplus of appointments in all of central Florida, from Gainesville to Leesburg and coast to coast. Our team provides you with exclusive in-house training as well as a Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty University platform. You will never feel like you are going about this business alone with direct access to the Broker, COO and Sales manager whenever you need someone. Come join the top-producing real estate sales team for the past 8 years in Central Florida. Compensation: Commission based easily earn $50,000+ your first year. Responsibilities: • Attend weekly sales meeting and training • Attend set appointments and sign clients • Negotiate the best deal for clients • Communicate effectively with our Inside Sales Department and Transaction coordination department Qualifications: • Organized and manages time effectively • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth • Technology driven • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) Compensation: $50,000+ Commission based
