Sr System Testing Analyst II

Hansen Talent Group is looking to hire a Sr System Testing Analyst II to work with one of the largest enterprises in Columbia, SC.  This role will be supporting ongoing testing efforts which may include some manual testing but majority will be automated testing, writing new test scripts for parts of the system not automated and support implementations with testing efforts as required.

This is a hybrid role position requiring 3 days/week onsite in Columbia.

What you'll do:

  • Complete supportive administrative and lead activities.
  • Collect and analyze data for software process evaluation and improvements.
  • Integrate them into business processes to address business needs.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience with MANUAL TEST, VISUAL TEST AUTOMATION, CUCUMBER, QUALITY CHECKS, SYSTEM TESTING
  • Excellent project planning, organization, and management skills.
  • Strong analysis skills. 
  • Thorough understanding of data processing terminology, operations, and architecture utilized in debugging application/environmental problems.
  • Skilled in negotiation and/or influencing business or technical partners.
  • Ability to write complex test cases/scripts.
  • Ability to understand functional connections between applications.
  • Ability to utilize test requirements, specifications, diagrams, logic functions, etc.

Preferred Skills and Abilities:

  • Thorough knowledge of JAVA, Websphere, Windows, and other middleware platforms. Knowledge of DB2, Oracle, IMS, and VSAM.
  • Skill in whitebox testing, integration testing, static testing, and 508 compliance testing utilizing JAWS software..
