Role Overview

As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting patient evaluations and implementing tailored therapeutic interventions.
  • Assessing patient status and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop comprehensive care plans.
  • Providing skilled therapies in patients' homes to support their recovery and independence.
  • Educating patients and their families on therapy techniques and equipment usage.
  • Managing your caseload and coordinating with staff to ensure optimal patient care.

Qualifications

  • Licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
