Job Summary and Qualifications

The Occupational Therapist will deliver patient-centered care by managing the occupational therapy needs of assigned patients, coordinating closely with physicians and care teams. You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, and focus on achieving patient goals.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing evaluations and treatment in accordance with established laws and ethical standards.
  • Assessing patients’ therapeutic and functional statuses to inform care planning.
  • Engaging in purposeful, skilled interactions to produce positive changes in patients’ conditions.
  • Monitoring and reporting patients’ reactions to treatments and any condition changes.
  • Effectively communicating necessary information to the treatment team, patients, and families.
  • Managing caseloads and coordinating care assignments.

Qualifications:

  • Occupational Therapy (OT) license.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

No prior experience is required.
