Senior Care Physician

We're currently seeking a Senior Care Physician to join our innovative and mission-driven primary care organization. As a Senior Care Physician, you will be accountable for providing high-quality care to a panel of up to 450 patients, focusing on health coaching, simplifying action plans, and driving positive patient outcomes. In addition to patient care, you will also be responsible for center management and leadership, working collaboratively with care teams. The ideal candidate will hold an MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a similar specialty, and be able to obtain or possess a current, active State Medical License. Board certification in the relevant specialty is preferred. - State Medical License required
- Board certification in relevant specialty preferred
- Active DEA number for schedule II-V controlled substances required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required within the first 90 days of employment
