Join Our Team as an Access Team Specialist (ATS) - Fully Remote Opportunity

As an Access Team Specialist (ATS) with MaineHealth Behavioral Health, you'll play a crucial role as the first point of contact for patients seeking support and care. This fully remote position allows you to contribute to meaningful work from the comfort of your home.
Here's what you'll do:
- Be the Voice of Care: Answer incoming calls with compassion, ensuring patients feel heard and supported.
- Support Our Patients: Work closely with local health clinics to triage patient needs and provide real-time solutions.
- Simplify Access: Help patients navigate their journey by scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments, as well as managing prescription refill requests.
- Make an Impact: Serve as the "front door" to behavioral health services, creating a seamless and welcoming experience for all.
