Role Summary

URBN is looking for a Desktop Support Analyst who is responsible for providing technical support for all back office equipment in our retail locations as well as remote employees. Support includes but is not limited to, computers, mobile devices, printers,
software, Zoom equipment, and other peripherals.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provides support for all employees using back office equipment across our retail locations globally
  • Utilize troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and resolve issues submitted through our help desk website as well as case escalations submitted via our remote support teams
  • Maintain Zoom rooms across Navy Yard campus and off-site offices
  • Manage hardware deployment for new stores and refreshed equipment for existing locations
  • Responsible for shipping and receiving equipment
Role Qualifications
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows 10, macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, and Android
    devices.
  • Microsoft Office 365 experience (Office apps, OneDrive/SharePoint)
  • Experience troubleshooting printers
