Emergency Medical Technician - AEMT/EMT-I

Job Description:

  • Respond to emergency and non-emergency medical assistance requests.
  • Assess patients and deliver high-quality care and treatment.
  • Document patient information, condition, and treatments while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked patient environment.
  • Operate an ambulance in compliance with safety policies and traffic laws.
  • Collaborate with allied health personnel and fellow EMS providers.
  • Participate in community programs to maintain positive community relations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Advanced-EMT or EMT-Intermediate Certification.
  • Valid State Driver's License and BLS, NREMT certification.
  • Compliant driving record and ability to pass the Physical Agility Test.
  • Some work experience, preferably in healthcare.
