Director Client Relationship Executive

What does a successful Director Client Relationship Executive do at Fiserv?

As a Director Client Relationship Executive, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction and quality across products and services. You’ll drive client revenue growth, minimize losses, and foster internal collaborations. As the main contact for one of our largest customers, you’ll be a key point of contact and build strong organizational relationships and handle client issues. Your duties encompass executive-level communication and reporting, driving growth through product and service implementation, and solution development for client market challenges. You’ll provide oversight on the business operations and help to define and streamline business processes for efficiency and growth.

What you will do:

  • Work creatively to solve client problems by identifying applicable Fiserv products and services and drive those opportunities to closure with internal partners and with the client.

  • Work on highly complex, issues and high-profile clients with a high breadth of responsibility. Act as escalation point for all operational related issues.

  • Negotiate cross functionally and interact and communicate with varying levels of leadership across a broad network of resources and summarize issues at executive levels.

  • Understand industry metrics and trends and strategically apply products to client organization.

  • Manage complex projects and issues and direct teams toward resolution.

What you will need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

  • 8+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience

  • 7+ years of experience in a customer facing or relationship role.

  • Cross functional experience with finance, deal closing experience and price costing experience preferred.

  • Ability to travel 25%

What would be good to have:

  • Required to work outside of standard business hours as needed.

  • Proven experience in effectively prioritizing and executing tasks in a high-pressure environment.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, experience with Power BI and sales ECRM software preferred

  • Understanding of the organization, industry, and ability to anticipate future strategy.

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, New York or Washington.
