Contract Specialist

Pay: $40-65/HR
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts Specialist to ensure our organization's contractual agreements, regulations, and policies are fully aligned. In this role, you will be responsible for auditing contracts, managing compliance risks, enforcing contract terms, and fostering effective collaboration among key departments to safeguard the organization's interests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly audit and review contracts and business processes to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Identify potential compliance risks, develop strategies to mitigate them, and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
- Address contract breaches promptly, manage corrective actions, and ensure the organization's rights are protected.
- Partner with internal teams, including Legal, Procurement, and Project Management, to ensure compliance and alignment across all business units.
- Maintain thorough records of compliance activities, enforcement actions, and prepare clear reports to ensure transparency and inform decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Law, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in contract management, compliance, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in compliance software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
