Doylestown, United States Potential Inc. Full time

Potential Inc. seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with an 18-year-old male client in Doylestown, Bucks County. Interested candidates should be available weekdays between 3 pm and 5 pm. Exact hours will depend on client need and will range from 4 - 15 hours per week.

Behavior Technicians at Potential Inc. use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to address the behavioral health needs of children (ages 2-18) with Autism. As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with a caseload of clients following individualized plans of care that address client strengths, needs, previous life experiences, present-day challenges, and future goals. Focus areas include addressing cognitive, communicative, social, emotional, and adaptive functioning.

Job Requirements

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or 40-hour RBT training and experience providing ABA therapy
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Reliable transportation to Doylestown
  • Comfortable working with a teenage male client who expresses aggressive behaviors
  • Basic proficiency with technology
