About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Helping Hands Family. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in overseeing the quality and implementation of clinical programming for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Supervise Care Plans: Create and implement personalized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct Assessments and Reassessments: Conduct thorough assessments and reassessments to ensure the effectiveness of our treatment plans.
  • Supervise and Mentor RBTs: Provide guidance and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality care.
  • Monitor Data Collection: Develop and implement data collection systems to track patient progress and inform treatment decisions.
  • Provide Parent Training: Educate and support parents in understanding their child's behavior and developing strategies to promote positive change.
  • Maintain Positive Relationships: Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Communicate Effectively: Regularly communicate with the Clinical Director and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of care.
Requirements
  • BCBA Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a BCBA.
  • Licensure: Meet the licensing requirements for your state of employment.
  • ABA Experience: Experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), including experience as an RBT.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks, including prolonged periods of walking, running, standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, and stooping.
