What Will You Be Doing?
  • Troubleshoot purchase order and option data errors encountered by end users via ticketing software
  • Communicate data changes and error resolutions to end users
  • Preform Quantity takeoff measurements on 2D blueprints utilizing Bluebeam Revu
  • Create and maintain construction material takeoff tables in Excel
  • Assist Starts and Production Team in the review of purchase order data prior to home release to construction
  • Collaborate on data driven initiatives with other departments
  • Build and load new data supporting construction material purchase orders in Excel upload sheets
  • Assist in data review for inconsistencies or anomalies
  • Assist in the maintenance of data supporting model options
What Will You Bring?
  • Strong computer, quantitative, and analytical skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
  • Ability to work with large data sets
  • Excellent troubleshooting and organization skills
  • Strong aptitude for communication and collaboration
  • Experience in residential construction preferred but not required
  • Experience with Sapphire Build or other ERP system preferred
  • Ability to work independently on day-to-day tasks
