Our internship program is 11 weeks long, beginning May 27, 2025 and ending August 8, 2025. This internship offers a cross-functional project with your fellow interns, so you learn about LGRA's strategy and collaborate to help solve a key business issue.

Purpose and Objective

We are looking for a motivated and self-driven summer Information Technology (IT) Intern to join our team. The IT Intern will assist the IT Operations team in delivering IT services, including providing technical assistance, maintaining computer systems, and configuring hardware and software. The successful candidate will be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, assist with the implementation of new technologies, and perform administration of software systems.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance to users on hardware and software-related issues
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, hardware, and software
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues
  • Follow established procedures and processes for computer maintenance
  • Perform administration and support of software systems
  • Act as a resource in performing IT project tasks
  • Research and recommend solutions for technical problems
Requirements

Qualifications

  • Rising Junior or Senior majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Knowledge of computer systems and software, including Windows and cloud-based software
  • Knowledge of network and system security
  • Familiarity with hardware and software installation
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to changing technology

The expected hiring compensation for this position is $21 per hour for all hours worked.
