As the Claims Quality Analyst, you will be reviewing all submitted claim for errors and investigate/ researched to determine the reason for the error and provide feedback for improving the process. As the Claims Quality Analyst, you will be reviewing claims history and will analyze date against the policy and regulations to identify potential issues. This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work a shift between our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm PST with weekend rotation.
