What We're Looking For:
5-15 years of Facilities Management experience in Sales & Business Development
Proven ability to generate $2M+ in annual sales within a Facilities Management company
Experience working with top-tier Facilities Management firms (must have prior experience in listed companies)
Strong lead generation skills, including expertise with tools like ZoomInfo
Knowledge of RFP and sales processes for national clients (Retail, F&B, Convenience, Office Spaces, etc.)
Attendance and participation in Facilities Management Trade Shows (Connex, Specs, RFMA, BOMA, etc.)
(Preferred but not required) Experience managing and building a sales team
