Join our team as a Lab Technician, initially training on the 1st shift from 7am to 3pm, before transitioning to the 2nd shift from 3pm to 11pm. This position operates Monday through Friday, with a comprehensive 6-month training period. As a Lab Technician, you will ensure product quality by performing required tests according to quality procedures and customer specifications. Your responsibilities will include performing soap concentration tests, visually inspecting each batch for consistency, performing calibration checks, and maintaining lab instruments. You will also handle non-conforming materials, participate in safety protocols, and assist in training new associates.

You will work in a lab environment alongside another technician. The role demands a fast pace as batches start every 3 minutes, requiring quick and effective communication with production teams to adjust or halt production as necessary.
